GRANDGOUSIER
Tennessee
Whiskey

SINGLE BARREL

made with
sustainably raised Tennessee heirloom corn and the finest Irish malted barley

GRANDGOUSIER TENNESSEE WHISKEY is a true taste of Tennessee terroir – an exceptional, unique, and rare small batch whiskey.

GRANDGOUSIER starts with local, sustainably grown heirloom “Hickory Cane” corn, one of the oldest varieties grown in the South, revered by the Native Americans and original settlers for its abundant flavor and hardiness. We mash, ferment, and copper pot distill our heirloom corn with the finest Irish malted barley in small batches, then filter it through our own handmade Tennessee Sugar Maple charcoal, a method known as “The Lincoln County Process” that defines Tennessee Whiskey. This step adds a mellow hint of caramel and a touch of smoke before we place the whiskey into our custom toasted and charred oak barrels, where over time hints of biscuit, corn, and caramel apple join the profile.

GRANDGOUSIER was reviewed in the May 2017 edition of TASTING PANEL magazine, receiving an “Exceptional” 93 score (Gold).

WALTZ
Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey™

distilled with sustainably raised Tennessee heirloom rye, corn and malted barley mashes

TENNESSEE WALTZ BOURBON WHISKEY™ is a bold and exhilarating dance of Tennessee flavors that conveys a new and exciting approach to American whiskey, celebrating the local land, grain & spirit.

TENNESSEE WALTZ BOURBON WHISKEY™ invites you to dance to the melody created by our blend of two bourbon mash bills distilled in Tennessee. We have perfected a well-balanced expression of true Tennessee spirit in our whiskey that hints of fig and chocolate along with the high note of sweet caramel.  We small-batch distill our local organic corn and rye to set the tone for this limited release, then pair it with a partner whiskey from just down the road.
